- 4 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup boiled potatoes, mashed
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup green chutney
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon chaat masala
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Mix the mashed potatoes with onions, green chutney, and chaat masala.
