  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cups Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sausage and cook until browned.
  4. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic; sauté until soft.
  5. Stir in Cajun seasoning and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
