  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine parsley, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts with half of the chimichurri sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve the chicken with the remaining chimichurri sauce drizzled on top.
