  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Lay a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it diagonally, and seal tightly.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the prepared wontons in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
