- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and mushrooms, cooking until soft. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine. Slowly add chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until thickened.
- Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Add the turkey bacon back into the skillet and mix well.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles and season with salt and pepper.
