- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the salmon fillets, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until flaky. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add the garlic to the same pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Flake the cooked salmon and return it to the pan, then add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together to combine.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
