  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Soak the brioche slices in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Place the soaked bread in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle sugar on top.
  7. Use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar until it forms a crispy topping.
