  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup green goddess dressing
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, green goddess dressing, celery, green onions, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Toast the bread slices as desired.
  4. On two slices of the toasted bread, layer the lettuce leaves.
