  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  5. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Flip the tails, baste with more butter mixture, and grill for an additional 5-6 minutes, until the lobster is opaque.
  7. Remove from grill and serve hot.
