2 ripe bananas
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 large egg
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Add almond flour, cocoa powder, honey, coconut oil, egg, baking soda, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
