- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup frozen peas
