- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, diced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice each potato thinly but not all the way through to create ‘hasselback’ cuts.
