Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pistachios, lime juice, and zest.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold the pistachio mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
