- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
