  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a large sheet pan, toss the asparagus and potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the vegetables evenly on the pan and roast for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes, push the vegetables to one side and place the salmon fillets on the other side.
  5. Top the salmon with additional olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place lemon slices on top.
  6. Return the pan to the oven and roast for an additional 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
