  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to soften.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss to combine.
  7. Mix in the turkey bacon and fresh basil, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can squeeze fresh lemon juice over the pasta before serving.
