  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  2. Marinate cod fillets in the mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place marinated cod on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. While the cod is baking, prepare the slaw by mixing cabbage, carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
  6. Serve the glazed cod over the slaw.
