  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add chicken broth and whisk until smooth. Stir in Dijon mustard and heavy cream.
  7. Add the baked meatballs to the gravy and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot over mashed potatoes or noodles.
