Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink. Remove and slice.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet, cooking until spinach is wilted.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until combined.
  7. Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and crumbled bacon back to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
  • Adding mushrooms can provide extra flavor.
