- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink. Remove and slice.
- Add cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet, cooking until spinach is wilted.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until combined.
- Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and crumbled bacon back to the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
